Upon receipt, the Director of Disability Support Services for Students will review documentation to determine eligibility for services. Once the review is completed the student will be notified to set up an intake appointment or discuss eligibility requirements if additional information is required.

All accommodations are determined on a case-by-case, course-by-course and semester-by-semester basis. Students requesting accommodations complete a semester request each semester, in which they require accommodations.
